for my health and recovery,

in my most sacred place of worship . . .

God's garden of growing things

and Nature.

I choose the sacred lotus flower

which blooms this month

which is perfect from the mud beneath,

and beautiful at every stage of life.

Thank you lotus

for my good health

and your perfect form.

You are sacred.

Eternal. And good for me.
