WHEN VEGETABLES
BECOME ART
These just picked Golden Marconi beauties
are traditional Italian heirloom peppers.
As each pepper gradually turns yellow
in late summer gardens, they begin to sweeten.
Perfect for frying, grilling or fresh.
In shades of green and yellow,
each one is a work of art.
(I wish I could describe the sweet delicious tang
of a fresh Marconi pepper,
picked warm from the garden.
Indescribable.)
Miam ! Are they from your own garden ?
