YOUR CHRISTMAS TREE?
The earliest accounts of decorating
an evergreen tree at Christmas time
go back to the late 16th century
(attributed to Germany -- Oh Tannenbaum).
The tradition is celebrated today
in many countries, in many ways.
And there are unlimited ways to
"trim your tree" . . .
ornaments, colored lights, popcorn, cranberries,
candles, tinsel, flowers, and very personal decorations.
Sometimes a simple red bow is all you need
to say Merry Christmas!
for Christmas, i've always wanted to break away from the pine tree. i've always wanted a palm tree with a couple little ornaments on it, haha. one day it will happen.
