WHAT'S WITH THE
SATELLITE DISH
OUTSIDE MY APARTMENT?
Something was up yesterday morn . . .
before the sun rise,
before my morning coffee . . .
a broadcast satellite TV dish!
(In peaceful, suburban, downtown Kirkwood, no less.)
NBC TV's "Today Show" set up to do live-remotes
from our fair town, to cover one of the candidates
in the vicious primary competition to see
who gets on the Presidential ballot.
(Oh please. Hurry up and leave.)
NBC's news anchor, Peter Alexander,
enjoyed a latté and a bowl of oatmeal at my table.
Here he gets hugs, too, from the staff at Kaldi's Coffee.
Are the elections over yet?
i know how you feel, Rick.
