THE MAGNOLIA
PUTS ON A SHOW
IN TWO ACTS

First, she fills her limbs
with glorious flowers,
a star shell of color.

And then she drops her petals
on the ground, and lets the show continue.
A blanket of pink surrounding her branches.

Two shows to honor the First Day of Spring.

(Today we mark the Vernal Equinox.)
