BEAUTIFUL
1. Plant lots of flowering fruit trees.
(Shoot pictures when it's foggy.)
2. Set aside lots of green space.
(Parks and gardens for the people.)
3. Preserve historic neighborhoods.
(People like living there.)

keep it clean and free of slums and graffiti and what about a flourishing economy?
and DEED RESTRICTIONS and zoning and building codes?
and I also notice a HOMOGENOUS community also makes it easy.
I notice that the most beautiful cities have these things in common.
I know because I have lived in both homogenous and diverse communities.
