GARDEN FRESH PEPPERS
What to do with bell peppers,
fresh picked from the summer garden?
Try this . . .
Pick fresh peppers.
Let some turn gold and red.
Trim the tops, remove seeds.
Roast on an open flame or grill, till charred.
Cover and let cool.
Remove charred skins.
Marinate overnight in bowl with:
balsamic or cider vinegar
