HOW TO MAKE
PASTA SAUCE

You'll need a lot of ripe tomatoes . . .

some friends to help you cut them up,
and remove the skins, juice & bad parts.

Then put them in pots, and cook them down.
Adding onions, garlic and basil to taste.
Stir and boil until soft.

Then run through a strainer/crusher.

Cook slowly for several hours.
Continue stirring until thick and reduced by half.
(Taste and season with salt and/or sugar.)

Cool and transfer to sterile jars.
And you've got a year's supply of pasta sauce.

(Tastes better than store bought.)
