KIRKWOOD STUDENT
BAKES AND SELLS
FRESH BAKED ARTISANAL BREAD

Young student of traditional artisanal bread
bakes baguettes in his back yard,
in his own wood fire oven.

Young David Grigsby
now sells his white and whole wheat breads
"street side" on weekends
on Lockwood Ave in Kirkwood, Missouri.

A member of the Bread Bakers Guild of America,
David chops wood to fuel his hand made
insulated brick oven,
and stops traffic when he puts his loaves out for sale.
(Even the Kirkwood Police stop by to enjoy
these delicious fresh baked baguettes.)

David also helps others with oven designs
for outdoor baking.

I rushed my still-warm loaf home,
and enjoyed slices covered with fresh made apple butter.

I'm hooked,
and he's just 5 blocks from home!
