THE "PASTA MAMAS"
OF FILOMENA
The world famous Filomena Restaurant
in Washington D.C.
is always dressed up for the holidays,
with Christmas lights and decorations
on every square inch of this popular
Georgetown Italian eatery.
Filomena's "Pasta Mamas"
are in the storefront kitchen
greeting customers as they arrive,
and making the evening's fresh pasta.
Presidents, heads-of-state, ambassadors,
and members of Congress frequent Filomena
for authentic family dishes from the
Abruzzi region of Italy.
In addition to classic hand-made pasta dishes,
Filomena is famous for home made cheese cakes.
Yum!
