The Rogue Underground Dining Society
held its 38th gourmet dining event
for 26 lucky members
(who responded in time
to a "first come, first served" invitation).
A vacant space was transformed into a
"one night only" kitchen and restaurant,
with the contributions of anonymous chefs,
sous chefs, servers and volunteer staff.
Inspired by a recent trip to Montreal,
our chefs created a memorable
9-course Homage Montreal menu.
