TANGY TASTE OF SPRING

Here's a fresh and spicy salad idea,
from the garden to the table 
in 2 minutes flat:

Pick and wash fresh radishes.
(This has been a perfect growing season
for these tasty, tangy roots.)

Slice and toss with fresh mint or basil
(or both).
Whisk apple cider vinegar with
extra virgin olive oil.
Drizzle to taste,
with coarse sea salt.

Serve.

Enjoy the fresh taste of Spring.

  2. I tried growing them too, but mine are tiny comparing to yours... Ireland is too damp and cold, unfortunately.
