DINNER AT OLIO

Consistently voted as one of the area's
best new restaurants -- OLIO --
is serving amazing food
in a converted Standard Oil gas station.

Chef Johnny prepared a summer salad
with green beans and sliced beef
from his Argentine grill.

(How could anything so simple
taste so good?   Wow.)

And to top it off,
your choice of "pie in a jar" . . .
Chocolate Caramel or Key Lime.

All the niceties of a fancy restaurant,
but without the pretentiousness.

(Eating at the bar is sooo luxurious.)

  2. I tell you, only Argentinians can take a piece of beef, add salt and have it come out of a grill testing so good. They cook the meat slowly over wood fire; which surprises a lot of people. And my friend Rich has scored another good eat!, hahaha
