MILKWEED
TO THE RESCUE

Planting milkweed in your garden
can help two important insects
facing extinction . . .
honeybees and monarch butterlies.

Bees are disappearing at alarming rates,
and monarchs depend entirely on milkweed
for propagation and reproduction.

People all over the world are planting these flowers
they know are critical to bees and butterflies,
and stopping the use of pesticides that kill bees.

Morgan Freeman is no different.
His concern about the bees led him to convert
his 124-acre ranch in Mississippi
to friendly plants and flowers for bees.

He knows they are the foundation of
our sustainable food production and health.

Thank you, Morgan.

  4. That is a very sensitive subject...
Do you know the African bees in Africa were doing very well..... up to now, but they are also dying at a fast rate these days... How sad.
Only people very well known like M. Freeman can make a serious difference.
By the way, he is at the very top list of my favourite actors!!
