AUTUMN TRAFFIC
ON THE "BIG MUDDY"

Hundreds of barges get shipped
down the Mississippi River,
carrying the wheat harvest south
to New Orleans,
for export to Europe and Asia.

For hundreds of years,
the Mississippi has been the
most economical way
to ship grain and coal,
north and south.

(Before the ice freezes over.)

  2. Lindo e velho rio...
A ideia dele congelado para mim é fascinante... ( sei que não é assim, paras quem precisa se "movimentar" por ele, mas... )
    Beijos Rick!
