SAVORY OKRA

Late summer harvest
at the Farmers Market
gives us just what we need
for stewed okra and tomatoes.

Slice okra, dredge in flour,
mix with egg mixture,
sauté with chopped tomatoes
in hot oil.  Add hot peppers 
and garlic, and stew for 5 min.

You've got a classic creole favorite.
