So much to love about pomegranates --

Fun to open up (and easy too).

You can eat the seeds,
float them in champagne,
or add them to salads.

They get their vibrant red from polyphenols.
Sky high in antioxidants, 
helping remove "free radicals,"
protecting cells from damage and 
reducing inflammation.

Rich in Vitamin C, so much more
than pasteurized juices.
Cancer preventative, 
Alzheimer's disease protection,
aids digestion,
arthritis relief, 
memory improver,
sports performance enhancer.

Oh yeah
and absolutely delicious.
