This lovely agate nodule

is from the Estacion Ojo Laguna area, 

in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico.

Many collectors consider Laguna Agates

to be the finest of their kind

in the whole world.

Intense color combinations

with sharp contrasting 

fortification bands --

always the trademark of 

a Laguna Agate.

Tower Grove Farmers Market

has opened for the season.

Perfect weather.

Local growers were swamped

with loyal customers.

Greens and sprouts,

fresh picked mushrooms,

honey and potions,

seedlings and seeds, 

the most beautiful flowers.

Plus home baked goodies,

and the most delicious  

fresh grilled sandwiches.

Everyone there was smiling!

photo of a black hole.

its gravity, not even light.
