DRIVEWAY UNDER WATER,
BUT CABIN O.K.
In between thunderstorms,
I made a trip to the Meramec River
to check on the cabin.
Driveway was flooded,
but I reached the cabin on foot.
Spring is overflowing,
crystal river water is raging mud,
and the beavers are chompin'.
But the cabin is high and dry.
(Whew.)
