GIANT NEBULA SCULPTURE

ADORNS DALLAS HOTEL

The Hilton Anatole Hotel 

in Dallas, Texas

includes a fabulous collection of Asian art

including important Hindu deities,  ancient Buddhas

and a 100-foot motorized Nebula

hanging in its 10-story atrium.

The motorized Nebula was created

by San Francisco artist, Reuben Margolin

and slowly undulates and reflects

changing colors from its moving crystals.

The crystals are assembled from

14,000 bicycle reflectors on 10-miles

of aircraft cable and 2,000 pulleys.

More an art museum than a hotel,

the Hilton Anatole is worth a visit

if you visit Dallas.
