WORLD'S BEST APPLE BUTTER

There's a strip of fertile land,

not far from St. Louis,

(between the Mississippi & Missouri Rivers)

long known for its flavorful orchards

in Brussels, Illinois.

Meet Mrs. Odelehr.

Her family and farm has a local reputation

for the best apple orchards in the area.

Her apple butter is rather famous.

Cooked slowly, in copper kettles,

Odelehr's apple butter wins taste tests

time and again.

"It's the best I've ever tasted,"

says this blogger.
