AT ROGUE
Diners at last night's
Rogue Underground gourmet event
were treated to authentic khao soi,
a pungent noodle/broth dish
served widely in Myanmar, Laos
and northern Thailand.
Hand cut noodles, coconut milk,
curry soup base, with chiles,
shallots, garlic, ginger and
fresh cut cilantro stems.
So pungent and flavorful.
This ain't no ramen!
