and a clever way to make home-made pasta.

You can still buy these "pasta guitars"

with their tunable wire strings,

and an effective way of pushing sheets of pasta

into delicious strands of fettucini or spaghetti.

"Pasta harps" are great family fun

This month's Rogue Underground Dining Society

event was titled "Homage",

featuring the flavors and cuisine

of Montreal, and it's French influence.

Rogue mystery chefs prepared 8 courses

of authentic French dishes

from favorite Montreal restaurants . . .

even shipping in unique ingredients from Canada.

22 lucky guests were treated to an evening

of tempting dishes and accompanying beverages.
