HIGHLIGHTS

Even if you don't follow football*

*(the U.S. kind) 

 the 50th SuperBowl was full

of spectacular entertainment.

Lady Gaga nailed the National Anthem

(what a performance!)

Some of the best (and most expensive)

TV commercials were worth watching.

My favorites . . .

"Meet The Ketchups",

100 weiner dogs running towards

giante Heinz ketchup and mustard bottles.

and

Dogs dressed up like humans

so they can buy Doritos tortilla chips.

And an unbelievable halftime show

featuring Beyonce, Cold Play and Bruno Marz,

with the crowd holding cards that said

"BELIEVE IN LOVE."

And oh yeah,

Peyton Manning led his

Denver Broncos over the Carolina Panthers. 

(Pretty good for a 40-year-old NFL quarterback.)
