KNOW YOUR MUSHROOMS
Mushrooms are everywhere
this time of year,
especially in the woods.
But before you collect,
and before you eat,
you must be sure
ABSOLUTELY SURE
to know your mushrooms.
Fortunately,
the most delicious mushrooms now
are morels and chanterelles.
(If in doubt, leave them be.)
