BACKWARDS STRAWBERRIES
Introducing pineberries
from Holland.
The fruit is white, and
the seeds are red.
Just the opposite
from strawberries!
But don't bother,
'cause they're not
sweet and delicious
like strawberries.
(And more expensive, too.)
I'll stick with our sweet, ripe
home-grown strawberries.
If it ain't broke,
don't fix it.

ReplyDeleteI love to try new things... meaning... food. But there are products that when they change colour... nah... they do not appeal to me.
I prefer my cherries red; I prefer my ketchup red.. (do you remember when they introduced green ketchup? : ))) And I prefer my strawberries red!!
