POP UP THAI DINNER
WITH NAAM PRUITT

Famed Thai chef and cookbook author,
Naam Pruitt, held a pop-up dinner
at the Bhive in St. Louis
this past weekend.

20 lucky guests were treated to savory
tropical flavors, and spicy curry sauces
in a 5-course meal featuring
caramel pork, sausage puffs & sauteed salmon.
Naam was assisted by chef Frank McGinty.

Her latest cookbook is available on-line,
"Lemongrass & Limes."

(I love Thai cuisine.)
