WINTER WATERCRESS

Took some chef friends
down to the Meramec cabin
to harvest wild winter watercress.

Watercress thrives in spring water
year round, if it's close to the source
(even in freezing cold weather.)

Wild watercress is sweet and tangy,
and full of vitamins. 

January watercress.
What a treat!
