CARDS BEAT DODGERS

IN FIRST HOME GAME

I grabbed 2 tickets to the first home game

of the National League Division Series

(and sat at the very top of the stadium)

to watch the St. Louis Cardinals

defeat the Los Angeles Dodgers

3-1.

What a game!

The Cards play the Dodgers again

this afternoon (10/7).

And if they win, the Cardinals move on

to play in the National League Championship Series

(probably against the San Francisco Giants.)

And then . . .

on to the 2014 World Series!
