SIMPLE SUMMER SALAD
They had these tiny little "cocktail tomatoes"
at the market today -- they looked so good.
So I grabbed a fresh ear of corn,
picked some fresh basil,
and figured this would be a
great combination.
No dressing, no oil, no salt or pepper.
Just 3 summer fresh ingredients combined.
Voila!
It worked.
(Sometimes it's all about the
freshest ingredients,
and keeping it simple.)

ReplyDeleteZowel de kleine tomaten, als de maiskolf en het basilicumblad hebben van zichzelf zoveel SMAAK dat inderdaad er verder niets aan toegevoegd hoeft te worden, mmmmmm krijg zin in zo'n heerlijke salade bij het zien van je prachtige foto's.
